New York Myke (owner of Harley Davidson of San Diego) sponsored numerous events to assist in the kick-off of The American Freedom Ride.  He also collected teddy bears for The Great Big Teddy Bear Hug and organized fundraisers for The American Freedom Educational Scholarship Fund.  His media consultant, Jenny Winburn, spent numerous hours planning and promoting ride rallies at Harley shops across the United States.

San Diego, CA

Roger Hedgecock promoted The American Freedom Ride through daily updates for his KOGO (AM 600) listeners and with frequent appearances of AFR sponsors.  He also held a "Meatloaf Madness" fundraiser at Roger's on Fifth in San Diego, raising several thousand dollars for The American Freedom Educational Scholarship Fund.
Southwest Airlines provided free airfare for three family members to join riders in the NYC area

Raising Hope was the lead sponsors of The American Freedom Ride and The Great Big Teddy Bear Hug.  They provided cell phone coverage on the trip, arranged and paid for hotels and gas along the way, coordinated rally stops and media events, coordinated with law and fire departments in regards to escorts and stops, and was the point of contact for the media and all DC and NYC officials.
All Together Separate provided a link on their website to promote the collection of teddy bears.

ADNC provided technical support for all Internet activity, collocation space for related web sites, and Real Media servers so that the children in the classroom could keep contact with the teacher who drove the teddy bears to NYC.  They also collected teddy bears for the children.

New Media3 coordinated efforts in the Michigan area, collecting teddy bears for The Great Big Teddy Bear Hug and money for The American Freedom Educational Scholarship Fund.  Owner, Ryan Hudson-Peralta represented The American Freedom Ride as our National Spokesman (he also designed the AFR logo).

Gatorz provided sunglasses to AFR Harley rider and assisted Neil in securing temporary financing for the Harley Davidson motorcycle that made the journey.

Pollard Friendly Ford serviced The American Freedom Ride Truck (free of charge) when it began experiencing difficulties due to a clogged fuel filter. They changed the oil too!

Voorhees, New Jersey

The Hampton Inn donated three hotel rooms for the riders and their families following the Collingswood Rally.  After a great night's sleep and a good breakfast, we headed in to New York City.

Nashville   -   Atlanta   -   Washington, DC   -  New York

The Hard Rock Cafe locations listed on the left were gracious enough to allow us to park outside their front doors (during business hours even) and have the local media direct people in the community to bring in teddy bears.  Nashville even bought dinner for the riders!  Thank goodness for the merchandise stores within the Hard Rock Cafes that sell HRC teddy bears.  We ended up with over 50 of them to hand out to the kids in NYC.

CCC Communications provided technical support for our website and arranged for the creation of video clips of the trip.  They also collected teddy bears and donations for The American Freedom Education Scholarship Fund.

Haddonfield, NJ

Karen Ammond was a trooper, assisting our efforts every day with media contacts, press releases, and counseling for David.  KBC Media made hundreds of phone calls and sent as many faxes on our behalf, all without charging a penny.  This trip was a success specifically because or Karen's help...and yours too, Jeff!

Coach Snyder arranged to receive all donations made to The American Freedom Educational Scholarship Fund through the American Heritage Educational Foundation (a California 503(c) non-profit corporation).  100% of all monies are promised to go to scholarship for the children, no administration fees are charged.

Camden, New Jersey

Harley Davidson of Camden County had a great rally just following the Collingswood event.  Hog members signed the truck and feasted on sandwiches.  Ryan Hudson-Peralta even got a Harley ride!

New York City, NY

The staff at Hogs and Heifers in NYC welcomed the riders at a big BBQ.  Members of numerous Harley Owners Groups joins us for a few hours, reading and signing the truck and enjoying some great food.  Thanks Michelle and John!
